I understand the law of attraction works if you think positively about something and the universe re-arranges to bring those things closer to you. Does the reverse also hold true? If someone fears the occurrence of something, by simply thinking about it constantly, will that event occur?
Does this only work for myself? For example, if I knew someone that wishes harm upon me, would harm really befall me?

I don’t think it’s possible because thoughts don’t hold emotions they only get in the way. If you tried to be angry or happy by thinking it the only one you’re gonna fool is yourself. In order for the law attraction to work you first have to have the feeling before the thought.

I’m an atheist, so I don’t believe in “magical thinking” that bends reality to your will.

No matter how you dice it, it’s still magical thinking. Thoughts and feelings, feelings and thoughts… doesn’t matter.

A lot of famous people believe in the Law of Attraction though and some millionaires, too. It’s not a rare idea.

The Law of Attraction Love Guidelines

Many people have heard about the Law of Attraction, and how it can be used to attain things such as love, money, and changing aspects of your life. Using the Law of Attraction for love is kind of like a mind set change, meaning that in order for it to work you have to really understand and believe in it. If you have been desiring love but have never had it, it is probably a psychological issue that is holding you back. You have to realize that there is a someone for everyone, but you must attune yourself to finding that person.

You can use the principle of the Law of Attraction of relationships to do this, and it is almost like teaching yourself how to walk again. There are new concepts that you must accept and believe in. You must first gain control over your mind and thoughts. If you aren’t a master of your own mind, then it will be hard to find love.

No one wants to be intimate with someone who can’t even control their thoughts. You can do this by simply making a commitment to silence, every day. It will be hard at first, but if your conscious mind decides something, there’s really no way to stop it.

Next, you need to watch out for opportunities. You must be completely in the moment, meaning not lost in thought or daydreaming, in order to see the opportunities that are available to you. There is always only one choice that leads to happiness, and you only need to be aware of it to see it. Finally, you want to work on learning how to give love. If you can give people love, meaning you can create happiness and joy wherever you are, then it will attract that into your life.

People are instinctively drawn towards happiness and love like moths to a flame. Once you meet that special person, you will know it. Don’t let fear get in your way of doing anything, especially something so beneficial as finding someone you are compatible with. Remember to practice silence, which will allow you to focus your attention so accurately that whatever you point it at will turn to gold.

Using The Law Of Attraction In Setting Your 2011 Goals
What you think about is what you create; whether you consciously want it or not.

It is the New Year, 2011, a time for fresh starts and resolutions and setting new goals. In honor of the New Year, I will focus on a theme this week: goal-setting and achieving.

Today I will share a Law of Attraction perspective on goals. From that perspective, goal achieving is done from the inside out. The belief is that 99% of the work is done internally and then when you are totally ready and in perfect alignment with your goal, the result bursts out in an unstoppable fashion.

This probably feels a little like: just think it, and it will be. It seems like it might lack action, but it does not. It just asks that you do not try to force it or make it happen before it is time. Some would see it as procrastination, but the Law of Attraction perspective is that there is genius in procrastination. Have you ever had an inspiration that just came flowing out of you in an unstoppable and easy way? There is no stopping it, is there? That is the idea.

Create your goal, write it down, put in some detail steps if you like, and then think about it! Visualize the completion of the goal, the joy in the process of it, and the moments that will give you the greatest happiness along the way. Visualize those moments, and the happiness in the achieving of all of it. And then wait until you just cannot wait any longer and the whole thing bursts out of you.

One of the advantages of this approach is that there is an internal monitor. What bursts out of you will always be consistent with your life purpose. If you take action prematurely, and make it happen, it could manifest in a way that will not be satisfying or successful.

Let us explore the nature of the Law of Attraction. According to most experts, it states that basically what you put your attention on, expands. What you think about will manifest. It seems simple enough. Apparently all we need to do is think about something and it will appear in our lives. Yes, it is that simple. Surely you know of a child who relentlessly asks for a particular new toy; ultimately they will get it. The child’s singular focus of thought is so relentless that it simply must come to be.

For you however, the trick is in how you think about it. Monitor your words and your thoughts relative to goal-setting. Clear out the thoughts of what you do not have, and keep the focus on what you want.

hi there sweetie! We as humans respond to different situations according to our emotions. If we feel that we should be upset about not having something we really we want, we do get upset. If we feel that we should be happy about having the people around us, we do feel happy. Emotions are what make us human. They are a part of our daily lives.

However, our lives must not be dictated by negative feelings. They must be avoided at all costs in order for the universe to support us in our every endeavor. You are the master of your own destiny therefore you must have a very strong control over your emotions. It’s okay to have them, but don’t let them have you.

Your thoughts have to be in line with your emotions. When you think of your desire, you must make sure that you feel good and that you believe that you can achieve it, just like how you believe tomorrow will be Christmas day and you’ll be opening presents every December 24th of the year.

Control your emotions and control your life. Remember that to every action there is always an equal reaction. Feel good. And when you are feeling good, feel better. Make that positive ball of energy grow and grow until no negative emotion can ever affect you. Once you have achieved that level, manifesting your desires using the Law of Attraction can be as easy as tying your shoes.
