Question by bradwelljackson: Why does the U.S. news always talk about the Asian stock market instead of the Western ones?
On my internet news, it always talks about how the Asian stock market is doing. Most of the time, it doesn’t even talk about how the European or US stock market is doing, even though it *always* talks about the Asian stock market. And this news service is American! Was this the case 10 years ago? Isn’t it true that, back then, a U.S. news agency would focus on how the US stocks were doing? Are the Asian stock markets more important than the New York Stock Exchange and the NASDAQ?
